About the role

As an estimator, you will respond to and analyze incoming inquiries and prepare estimates for various projects based on technical solutions and customer specifications. You will be heavily involved in the projects from the start, working through the entire process from bid inquiry to submitted offer and conducting estimate reviews. As an estimator, you are cost-conscious and value good relationships. You collaborate with suppliers, clients, subcontractors, consultants, and colleagues throughout the bidding process and possess strong communication skills.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 1 year of experience as an estimator
• Experience in TA planning and estimating work within district heating, roads, or foundations
• Worked on larger projects of at least 50 million SEK
• Good computer skills
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license B

Personal qualities:

• Solution-oriented and self-driven
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Able to handle stress and prioritize correctly in a sometimes intense work environment
